The Association is:
- Is governed by a formal constitution with comprehensive aims and objectives.
- Has its books and records audited by independent auditors who prepare audited annual financial statements.
- Is registered as a Non-Profit Organisation (NPO) with the Department of Social Development.
- Is registered as a Public Benefit Organisation (PBO) with the South African Revenue Service.
The KNRA welcomes new members. Membership is free as income is derived from donations, sponsorship’s and fund raising activities.
It has been said that becoming a member of a conservation organisation, is the best way of supporting conservation generally. You are therefore cordially invited to become a member.
